Community Spirit
What was missing? well what was missing in Spain was community spirit, but now A Spanish Life has us all talking to each other, what a result!!
Its great to know whats going on before the Event, so we can actually go, instead of reading about it later in the local rag.
Country Cook in - Rojales
I'm just wondering if anyone has visited the country cook in (either in or near Rojales)? It was recommended to me by a friend, apparently they do a really great Sunday roast. Also does anyone know how to find it or where it is?
Wheelchair appeal
Help at Home (HAH) charity are appealing for wheelchairs to be donated. They will be for the sole use of HAH clients. Must be in good condition and HAH will collect. Call Paul on 968134978
ROJALES NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH
Our next meeting takes place in The Municipal Centre, Quesada on Monday June 6th 2011 at 11:00 am. All homeowners and business owners in the postcode 03170 are welcome. Sr. Cesar Zaragoza Fernandez, Rojales Chief of Police will be in attendance.

Where friends get together and enjoy nights/days out with like minded people living here in the Costa Blanca.
Weekly Events
We get together every Thursday night at The Courtyard, Filton Centre. Los Balcones for an evening of entertainment, fun a laughter and in my case murder a few songs with DJ Jay and his karaoke.
Monthly Events
We get together at El Mundos, in Benimar for an afternoon being entertained by the fabulous Spanish Duo Bella Luna.

Hi Kas, we are holding a Masquerade Ball at Castillo de Conesa ( San Miguel Castle ) on the 24th June, with the proceeds going to Help for Heroes, it´s a chance for everyone to get dressed up in their posh frocks and suits and enjoy an evening of entertainment and dancing after a great 5 course meal.
